Our team has extensive experience in the financial services industry having worked for leading banks and multi-family offices. Filippo Pedotti
Managing Director
Filippo founded KTS in 2009 in partnership with two investors and is the Managing Director.

Filippo launched his financial career almost two decades ago at UBS Wealth Management, where he embraced the training program for young graduates (JKP). After that, he became a Wealth Manager, and two years later transitioned into a position in the UBS subsidiary GAM (Global Asset Management) as Private Client Manager for GAM Portfolio Manager Clients. Later, Filippo re-joined UBS Wealth Management as a Senior Wealth Manager. During this time, he held Senior Client Advisor, Management positions, and again as Senior Advisor with the UBS Key Client Division (UHNWI).

Filippo holds a BA Degree in Political Science (International Relations) from Richmond University London and an MA Degree in International Business from Webster University in Irvine California. He has also obtained the Private Banking Diploma within the UBS Education System.

When not travelling the world, Filippo enjoys spending time with this family, sports and fine-tuning his culinary skills.

Filippo speaks five languages: Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
Giuseppe Tondini
Chief Operating Officer
Giuseppe joined KTS in 2016 as Senior Client Advisor, and has been appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2019.

Giuseppe started his career in the Oil & Gas industry, where he spent eleven years as a Senior Manager and Project Manager, trading Oil by-products and developing strategic projects. During this period, he successfully started applying his quantitative and analytical skills to the stock market, becoming a part-time equity trader.

In 2014, he joined a multi-family office in Switzerland serving HNWI and UHNWI, as relationship manager, focusing on Italian and British families, providing them with investment advisory and real estate services.

Giuseppe holds a MBA specializing in Finance and Strategy from the Cass Business School, City University London and a MSc in Business and Economics from the Università Carlo Cattaneo – LIUC.

Giuseppe speaks three languages: Italian, English and French.
Serena Baggio
Executive Assistant
Serena has been part of the KTS team since 2009. She is the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, Filippo Pedotti, and also provides the office administration and accounting functions. In addition, Serena is the Human Resources Manager.

Serena completed her apprenticeship at Zuercher Kantonalbank, and continued for an addition four years gaining valuable experience in various departments within the bank. In 2001, she accepted a role with an international fiduciary (Ansbacher (Schweiz) AG), where she was responsible for various finance, company administration and trust functions. Two years later, Carey AG’s Swiss Branch was founded and she accepted a position overseeing their foundation’s administration. She continued for three more years covering the administration and trust section of the company.

Over and above the “many hats” which she wears in a variety of roles at KTS, Serena also brings a social, flexible and open-mindfulness balance to the KTS Team.

Serena speaks five languages: Italian, German, English, French and Spanish.
Chief Office Manager
Davide joined KTS in January 2016 as Chief Office Manager.

Davide brings over 15 years of Private Banking experience to the KTS Team. He completed his apprenticeship with Swiss Federal Maturity at SUVA Insurance. After that, Davide held a position on the cash service desk at Banca Union Credito, in Lugano, and then moved into middle office operations, gaining valuable banking administration experience. Adding to his repertoire of banking skills, in 2005 he accepted a position at BIM Suisse, Lugano, holding various roles (Assistant Relationship Manager, Portfolio Manager, Credit and Trading Desk). In 2011, Davide accepted a new challenge as a Relationship Manager for the Intermediary Desk at LGT Bank AG, Vaduz, Liechtenstein. In his role as Vice Director, he gained a great deal of experience in finding various investment solutions for his clients.

In addition to his many financial administration talents, Davide also enjoys a passion for the arts, music in particular.

Davide speaks four languages: Italian, German, English and French.
In memory of Rolf Müller
External Senior Advisor
Mr Rolf Müller sadly passed away after enduring a brief terminal illness.

He was highly appreciated and respected by the entire KTS team to whom he was a mentor, and to his clients, who were rather considered as long term friends. He had that perfect chemistry of professionalism and education mixed with culture and an open mind. He had a beautiful way with words, and combined with his charm, he could open the doors and hearts of those he met. He had the rare talent to express a great deal in few words. He worked with a positive attitude, spreading optimism even in the most difficult of times. His professional and moral support are one of the pillars to the long term success of KTS Capital Management AG. Mr Rolf Müller will always be in our hearts.

Rolf had over 40 years of experience in banking as a senior relationship manager. He worked for UBS AG in Zurich and, also for another private bank as an Executive Director. He started his career as a junior stock trader for Swiss Bank Corporation on Wall Street in New York. Rolf held a degree of the Business School Zurich; he also studied Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, USA. In addition to banking, Rolf was a Journalist, writing for national newspapers and aviation magazines.
